🌸 Creativity and nature combined are a powerhouse for resetting our nervous system!
Join us for a slow Sunday on June 9th held in the Gold Coast hinterland, we’ll be hosting this one-day women’s retreat filled with nourishment and crafting, while we connect back to ourselves steeped deep in nature, sunshine and lush greenery, and open air. 🍃
A sweet escape, this retreat will be held at STUNNING venue Bower Estate and day filled with connection, craft, craft, and craft, reset, delicious food, and sweet company.
YOGA - We will begin the day with gentle breathing and stretching to ease us into the day ahead. Julie will help us get the blood and energy flowing smoothly through our bodies and put us in a relaxed, creative state of mind.
TEXTURED ART- It’s smooth, it’s creamy, it’s textured and OH SO SATISFYING!
What better spot for inspiration to bring to life the endless designs and layers you can create with Textured Art.
We will walk you through how to apply textured medium, how to create different layered looks, smoothing, texturing, colouring, and how to use the different textured tools.
BASKET WEAVING EARRINGS - Weaving is a powerful way for us to be able to connect with one another and connect with nature. Whether weaving a basket for yourself or a beautiful handmade gift, coming together and being immersed in a traditional art form is both relaxing and energising. Kelly from Palm Baskets will be guiding us through this ancient craft, and you'll finish feeling connected, grounded, and proud of your handmade weaved earrings!
LONG TABLE LUNCH - Yes it's true we get to lunch in the beautiful Bower pine forest!! As well as morning and afternoon tea, will be catered by the one and only Kate on a Plate, who will prepare delicious and nourishing vegan foods to energise your body.
SOUND HEALING + MEDITATION - We will be closing the day with a session of sound healing with Lindy from Gypsy Vibes and a small closing ceremony, raising our collective vibration for you to float home on a cloud of serenity.

We understand that life moves fast and things can change, so we want to be as clear as we can about our workshop terms and condition - so let's go!
GENERAL CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES @ THE CRAFT PARLOUR
If you can no longer make a class for whatever reason, or you forget to attend, we cannot refund or give a credit due to the time + preparation required for our workshop to run.
All purchases are final.
However, we encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot, gift someone your ticket and make someone’s crafty day.
In some cases we may be able to give you the materials to complete at home. Please email us at hello@thecraftparlour.com.au to check first.
+ All bookings need to be made online, just add the workshop of choice to the cart and you will be taken to the payment gateway. Here, you can apply any gift vouchers or credit codes you have to reduce the purchase price.
+ Your seat is secured once we receive full payment so make sure to type in your email address carefully and look out for an automated confirmation email. If you didn't receive a confirmation email shortly after your payment, check your junk mail. Otherwise, contact us at hello@thecraftparlour.com.au.
+ We have class minimums to meet, if we do not make them and need to cancel a class we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a workshop at the same value (including booking fee) within a 12 month period. The refund or credit will not exceed the purchase price of the workshop.
+ Please set a reminder and double-check workshop dates + times here through our website. We do not send reminder emails. Unfortunately, because we have held this spot for you, purchased materials and turned others away we can not issue credits or a refund if you don't show.
